We flew into Denver, met up with Sierra, drove through several states. We visited Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, The Badlands, Devil’s Tower, Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, and Denver. We entered Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, South Dakota and Montana.

Letchwood State Park

This was our stop on the way back from Niagra Falls. It is nicknamed, Grand Canyon of the East. It was very beautiful and we got out to see all of the waterfalls as we drove through the park but since we were heading home from a long weekend, we didn’t stay very long.

I stayed the weekend after a work trip to phoenix, rented a car and drove to the grand canyon for sun rise. I hiked most of the top and drove the rest. I then continued to Utah and took a cruise around lake powell. I then made it back to the grand canyon for sunset….
